How do I place my order?

1. Contact us with details on how you want your apparel made (color, style, logo, graphic, number, name, etc.)

2. Up to 3 different designs will be generated and emailed to you to review.

3. Upon approval of design proof, full payment should be made prior to any production.

4. Wait for 3-4 weeks for your order to be delivered.

5. Wear it and share the news!

Is there a minimum order requirement?

For sublimation garments, there are no minimums required, you can order as many as you want, or as few as only 1 piece of apparel. For embroidery and screen printing garments, minimum order quantity is from 10 to 100 pieces based on your design and fabric used. For specific details please contact customer support.

How are payment options?

PayPal, Major credit card, Debit card, and Money order.

Do you give discounts for an order over a certain amount?

Yes we do. We offer a quantity discount based on the quantity of apparels you want to order. The more you buy, the more you can save. Contact customer support for price details.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes you can. Our stock samples are free of charge , excluding shipping. While there is a charge for custom made samples, prices are subject to sample details.

Can I alter my order after it has been paid?

We understand that there is uncertainty in custom team uniforms sometimes. So we accept any changes you need before bulk printing, but it may extend the production time and incur handling fee depending on the specific modifications. We always try the best we can to accommodate every client's needs.

Can I cancel the order?

The order is 100% personalized made for you, please be aware that no cancellation or refund is allowed once bulk printing starts. Cancellation made before bulk printing might incur a handling fee, 10% of the total order amount.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

No, there are no hidden fees. But a remote area surcharge will be applied if your location is considered to be remote, specific charges are subject to the courier's bill. Besides, international customers might expect some tariffs, import duties and other local charges.

Do you do wholesale?

What sports of custom uniforms can you do?

Where do your products come from?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in the United States, China, India, Pakistan, El Salvador, and Guatemala. Unless otherwise mentioned all apparel decoration is done in the United States on blanks from the above countries.

What kind of application do you use?

Depending on the area to be treated, we apply either Sublimation or Digital Printing or Embroidery to ensure best quality and results. 

How do I choose the right size?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Youth, Unisex and Women's styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes. Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes. 

Can I send you my own shirts to decorate?

Yes you can send us your own blank shirts to print logo or name or number, make sure your shirt is 100% polyester for sublimation. However We do not accept any liability for possible damage.

For custom jerseys would we be able to send in our own designs?

Yes you can. We will create a mock-up for you to review. Recommended file formats: all supported formats for Illustrator, .jpeg over 300dpi resolution.

How do I get you my logo to see what you can do with it?

Simply click Design Inquiry page and submit your design request, our professional design team will create 2-3 different designs for you to review.

Can we make changes to the templates listed on the website?

Absolutely. Whatever you can think of we will help bring it to life.

Do you charge for designs?

No, it's 100% free. We can help create your logo as well if you need, it's free if you order apparels from us.

How soon can I get my items?

Our regular turnaround is 3-4 weeks for production and delivery, after full payment received and mock-up approved. Please be aware that delivery time might be extended sometimes because of the pandemic which is out of our control. But we always do our best to produce your jerseys and uniforms as soon as we can. If it's a rush order, we will make it in 2-3 weeks.

If I need my uniform for a game or any event, can you do expedited shipping and guarantee timely delivery?

Unfortunately we do not have expedited shipping service now since we are using the fastest courier which normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery. However the air freight can delay at any time due to the pandemic. Current delivery time is extended to 3-10 business days. But we can control our production time to save some time for shipping, just make sure you let us know the date that you need your uniforms in hand, priority will be given to the production of your order.

What happens if there is a problem with my custom uniform after receiving it?

We always do the best we can to ensure there are no errors with every order each time. But people will make mistakes sometimes, if by chance there is an issue occur with your order, please contact us at contact@youngspeeds.com to discuss the problem, we will solve it as soon as possible and make you satisfied.

Can I return my custom apparel if I don't like the actual colors or it doesn't fit me?

Since most apparels are custom made just for you, we do not allow returns for any reason, except for quality problems of manufacturers. See our Return & Shipping page for more details.

How do I care for my custom jersey?

1. wash it inside out

2. wash it with cold water

3. hang to dry

4. do not use bleacher and fabric conditioner

5. do not iron it
