Thank you for visiting and shopping at YoungSpeeds. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our return and shipping policies.
Since most of the products are custom made for you, we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defects.
Returns for refund or exchange shall be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items to be returned must be in new condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. If the items appear to have been used cannot be returned.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
1. Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
2. Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
3. Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
4. Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please be certain of sizes, colors, and all aspects of customization before ordering. If you are not sure for any reason, please Contact Us and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are usually ready to ship in approximately 3 to 4 weeks (up to 5 weeks during peak production times), via USPS or FedEx or DHL Express or UPS. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Depending on the products, we will either ship from our headquarter office in Cranbury, NJ or the factory in China. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. It usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
It will be shown and calculated at checkout page, from $5 to $20 depending on your shipping address.
1. We ship internationally and international customers are responsible for any additional taxs once shipped.
2. A remote area surcharge might be applied for delivery to the less-populated areas, if your address is defined as a remote area by the logistic companies, we will pay the bill first and you might pay it back to us after the package is delivered. The detailed charge is subject to the logistic company's bill.
